Founded in 1995 and commencing operations in 1997, Nepal Investment and Securities Trading Private Limited (NIST19) has established itself as one of Nepal's most respected financial service providers. Our Story

NIST19's journey began with a vision from our founder, Mr. Umesh Regmi, to create a brokerage firm that would shape Nepal's capital market. His experience, including training at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), laid the foundation for our growth. Today, under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Ubbit Regmi, Director Mrs. Binita Regmi Neupane, and CEO Mr. Krishna Bhandari, we continue to innovate and uphold our commitment to transparency and client success.
